- 4 cups frozen green and yellow beans, bite size pieces
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 packet Ideal Protein mushroom soup
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
- Mix IP mushroom soup with cold water. Add onion powder and black pepper. Mix well until it is a creamy sauce.
- Place the beans in a casserole dish and pour the sauce over top. Stir until throughly mixed and cover with foil.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
