- 1 cup Schneider's sauerkraut (buy in the refrigerator section - no sugar)
- 2 cups cauliflower
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Steam cauliflower until tender. Add salt & pepper and mash
- Place 1 cup drained sauerkraut in casserole dish, spreading evenly across the bottom. Layer cauliflower mash on top.
- Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
