Rutabaga Chayote Slaw

This is a delightfully crunchy slaw that goes well with any meal.


  • 1 cup rutabaga, spiralized or diced
  • 1 cup chayote,‎ spiralized or diced
  • 1 tsp‎ olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Ideal Protein sugar free syrup
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp fresh herbs ‎ (parsley or mint or basil)

Mix well. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
