Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup rutabaga, grated
- 3/4 cup chayote, grated
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 tsp grapeseed oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- In a non stick pan. heat grapeseed oil on medium high.
- Toss in chayote and rutabaga, stir and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
- Lower temp to medium low cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Turn off stove, stir in green onions, and serve.
Optional add ins could include crumbled tofu, chopped ham, or crumbled IP chicken patty. You could also serve it with eggs, bbq meats or the Ideal Protein chicken patty.
Makes 2 cups of unrestricted vegetables.
