Ingredients:
- 1 cup rutabaga, spiralized or diced
- 1 cup chayote, spiralized or diced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Ideal Protein sugar free syrup
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp fresh herbs (parsley or mint or basil)
Directions:
Mix well. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
